ANDREA PAPAS
Twenty years ago, Andrea was a depressed, 150 kilogram overweight child. He tried every fad diet imaginable in an attempt to lose weight, but nothing truly worked. No matter what he tried, took, or followed, one diet after another, one pill after another, it ended up doing more harm to his body and mind than good.
After living through those extremes, he came to understand that his unhealthy relationship with food had been shaped by the very methods that were supposed to help him. The unsustainable, restrictive, and extreme approaches he followed only pushed him further into binge eating, weight regain, and a worsening cycle that affected both his physical and mental health. But even in that dark place, he never gave up.
Through every setback, every mistake, and every hard lesson, he found a different path. He committed to changing his life, began a journey of real transformation, and never looked back.
By teaching the science, sharing the knowledge he has built over the years, and giving clients the right tools, Andrea aims to help people reach their physique and health goals through methods that are healthy, flexible, sustainable, and tailored to their individual needs and preferences.
Drawing from years of education, practical experience, and a deep training background, Andrea has developed a unique hybrid coaching approach. Through studying and learning alongside respected names in the health and fitness industry such as Alan Aragon, Layne Norton, Eric Helms, Lyle McDonald, Broderick Chavez, Dave Palumbo, and Charles Glass, he has been able to blend evidence-based principles with real-world application to help clients achieve meaningful and lasting results. What makes this approach even more powerful is that clients are not only reaching their goals, but maintaining them.
Andrea has helped transform the lives of thousands of people and has worked with high-level professionals including international cricketer Nic Pothas, professional heavyweight boxer Kevin Lerena, and renowned bodybuilder Kevin Levrone. He has also been featured in Men’s Health International, Men’s Health South Africa, Men Fitness, Musclevolution, and Muscle and Fitness, and has appeared on podcasts around the world where he has shared both his knowledge and personal journey.
His passion is to continue expanding his knowledge and capabilities so he can serve his clients at the highest level possible, while working toward his long-term goal of earning a PhD in Nutritional Sciences.
